The Lancer Garage has been serving the needs of the Wasatch Front for over 30 years. In 1979 Lance Granger founded and started the company working out of his parents garage. He took a personal interest in helping neighbors with repairs on their lawn mowers, motorcycles and vehicles. In 1989 we became a full service auto repair shop under the Lancer Automotive name. Since then, we have established ourselves as a premier service and repair facility, specializing in alternative fuels. In 2001 Justin Baxter came along and added a very personal touch to the way business was conducted. Late 2020 we decided it was time to overhaul our look a little and The Lancer Garage was created. It is the same amazing people doing the same amazing service, just with a fresh new look.

Over the years, the mechanics at our Salt Lake garage have seen a lot of changes, namely the proliferation of cars that run on alternative fuels. At The Lancer Garage, we are excited about this change and we believe this is the future of automobiles. We repair electric cars and we also offer hybrid vehicle service for our South Salt Lake customers. In fact, we install Bosch electric car charging stations, and we offer a preventive maintenance package on them as well.
